What You Need to Know
Who doesn’t love a hybrid? Fuel economy and reduced emissions! In this case, we're talking a hybrid between a spritz and a Pimms No.1 Cup. The Oddbird Blanc de Blanc is a tip of the hat to a spritz, with the V.I.B.E. Rhubarb and fresh fruit being a nod to the No.1 Cup. And it’s the best of both worlds. Crisp and fruity, but without the sweetness or the booze!
How You Do It
Add ice to taste in a highball glass. Pour in the V.I.B.E Rhubarb, the raspberries and the strawberry. Give it a bit of a jiggle with the cocktail stirrer to get the party started and then top the glass with the Oddbird Blanc de Blanc. Stir gently. Garnish with the cucumber slice and mint.
