The Why
A lovely bitter pale ale in a new world style. Not quite US West Coast and not quite Australian. Let’s call it a mid-Pacific style. With a long lingering bitterness it might be the most bitter of our beers. But balanced. A light start on the palate with some subtle malt sweetness gives way to herbaceous and piney notes. Not quite dank, but not far off.
